EMPLOYEE WAS JAMMING IN THE E-38,,650 LEVEL. HE PARKED THE JAMMER, ES2, IN THE AREA OF THE F-29. LOOKS LIKE HE GOT OFF ES2 AND WAS GOING TO WALK BACK WHEN HE WAS HIT BY A ROCK 14" THICK, 5' WIDE AND 7' LONG.

INJURED, FOR SOME REASON, WENT TO BLASTING AREA AND FE LL INTO ADJACEN7 STOPE, APPROX 60', THE EXACT REASON THE EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE AREA OR WHY HE FELL IS NOT KNOWN AT THIS TIME
