Employee was attempting to cut a small diameter hose with a grinder. The hose was coiled and when the employee cut through the hose it un-coiled and forced the grinder into their thumb causing a laceration that required approx. 5 stitches

Employee became very ill and disoriented while attaching the back transfer to the primary unit. The Plant operator observed the impairment and went to assist the employee. EE was very weak and could not exit the cab. The plant operator assisted EE into a recovery position on the ground and called EMS.
Employee was attempting to loosen a lock nut on an adjustment bolt. The nut broke loose and the employee fell and twisted left knee.
