While getting into cab of semi truck, driver "smacked" top of head on door frame. diagnosis - laceration and concussion without loss of consciousness.
He was in the pit, climbing off his bulldozer. There was a trench that he stepped on and he twisted his L ankle on the uneven surface. Ankle is swollen and doesn't move normally.
Employee was climbing down from operator compartment of a wheel loader when his foot on the ladder slipped. As a result he fell about 3 feet to the ground landing on his buttock and left hip. Weather conditions were sunny and dry. Employee is currently waiting for MRI test due to pain in back and legs.
