A ROCK GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BELT AND TALL PULLEY ON A CONVEYOR EE ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE ROCK WITHOUT SHUTTING BELT OFF RESULT CAUGHT FINGERS OF RIGHT HAND BETWEEN BELT AND PULLEY NOTE HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED TO STOP AND LOCK OUT BELTS PRIOR THEWORK.
