Quality Rock Products Inc · Struck by falling object

Worker had just lifted the 25hp motor a couple of inches off newly installed motor mount so he could re-adjust mount. The motor moved over to plumb itself causing clamp overhead to slip off, this allowed motor to fall strking mount, then fall hitting trailer axle, then striking EE's thigh before coming to rest on ground.
