While taking up a link on elevator ratchet wire sling broke, ratchet forced back hitting him in face, and knocking him to deck.
After using sledge hammer to knock in bucket pins, said right wrist started hurting. Report to dredge capt on Monday 7-23-12. Hurt on 7-18-12.
Setting a steel plate in place. Dropped plate, plate bounced off deck striking his left knee.
Employee's knee popped while walking up incline at plant. Management saw employee limping a week later and questioned if he was hurt on the job. Employee said no. On 12/8/10 management received call from doctor saying employee was there saying he had work related injury. Employee was put on restricted duty until release of 12/30/10. No tear in knee.
Winch pulling wire (cable) rope up the deck. Cable got tight, pulled cable off cleat, striking man in legs, knocking him to the deck.
Checked load fleet, came back to dredge in yawl stepped onto dredge, knee started hurting, told them he wanted to get it checked.
Pull cord broke on motor. Employee made up a new cord, wraped fly wheel with cord, motor started. Cord didn't release from fly wheel, cord striking him many times in hand and leg.
Employee stepped out of truck and his right knee gave out.
Employee, while getting into yawl on the hill, stepped into yawl. Stepped on a flashlight battery left there by other watchman. Slipped and fell, hitting back and ribs on deck.
Replacing pins & bushings in digging buckets, lifted pin to put in bucket, said he strained back muscle.

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING ON ANGLE FROM PILE WHEN HE ACCIDENTLY KICKED PILE TRYING TO ADJUST WEIGHT TO LIFT AND THE ANGLE UNDERNEATH THE ONE HE LIFTED FELL ONTO EMPLOYEE'S FOOT.
TWO EMPLOYEE WERE DOGGING A STEEL PLATE TO WELD. ONE WAS USING A HAMMER, HIT INJURED IN RIGHT ARM PINCHING ARM ON DIGGING BUCKET.
