Co-worker cut approximately 12" long 2"x2" angle iron. Piece fell on the walkway and bounced off the walkway falling approximately 18 ft and then hit the welder in the forehead, which required six stitches.
Cutting conveyor belting, knife slipped & cut his finger that required some stitches.
