The dredge operator was unclogging the cable when EE stepped on some grease causing EE to slip and fall hitting their tailbone on the frame of the dredge.
THE DREDGE OPERATOR WAS DISLODGING A COUPLE ROCKS THAT WERE WEDGED TOGETHER IN CUTTER HEAD WHEN HE DISLODGED THE ONE THE OTHER PINCHED HIS RIGHT HAND MIDDLE FINGER AGAINST THE CUTTER HEAD WHICH REQUIRED SOME STITCHES.
Co-worker cut approximately 12" long 2"x2" angle iron. Piece fell on the walkway and bounced off the walkway falling approximately 18 ft and then hit the welder in the forehead, which required six stitches.
Cutting conveyor belting, knife slipped & cut his finger that required some stitches.
