Miner was observed lying beside a low-boy trailer near the shop.
Worker had just lifted the 25hp motor a couple of inches off newly installed motor mount so he could re-adjust mount. The motor moved over to plumb itself causing clamp overhead to slip off, this allowed motor to fall strking mount, then fall hitting trailer axle, then striking EE's thigh before coming to rest on ground.
WAS WORKING ON THE GROUND. ROCK CAME OUT OF THE JAW HOPPER AND HIT ME ON THE BACK OF MY HEAD AND RIGHT SHOULDER.
