EMPLOYEE STARTED THE DREDGE BEFORE HE DID DAILY MAINTENANCE, SO INSTEAD OF SHUTTING DOWN, HE TRIED TO GREASE MACHINERY WHILE IN OPERATION. HE HAD TO REMOVE PROTECTIVE GUARD AND STEP DOWN IN SH AFT AREA TO GREASE. THREE LARGE BELTS BURNED OFFTHE MACHINE.
