HIS BACK CONTINUED TO BOTHER HIM ALL WEEKEND AND HE RETURNED TO WORK ON MONDAY AND TOLD HIS SUPERVISOR HIS BACK WAS HURTING. HE WORKED TWO DAYS. WE DID NOT KNOW IT WAS COMPENSIBLE UNTIL 10/27/04.
Employee was rockdusting #3 belt when the rockduster locked up. While trying to free up the rockduster, the scoopman hit the wrong lever and the auger turned, catching the employees left hand.
