Miner was cleaning spillage off conveyor belt at tail section between guard and tail box, when he stepped off the concrete block supporting the tail section and twisted right ankle inward.

Employee was stepping down off a piece of our water truck, when he slipped and reached to catch his balance. While reaching he cut his index finger on a piece of metal. The cut required six stitches. No lost workdays.
