Showing all 3The tire company was having trouble mounting the tire. EE went to see if he could help, the tire bar slipped and his right pointer finger was caught between the tire and the rim resulting in the loss of his finger tip.
After helping clear an obstruction in the feeder hopper, employee was struck in the head to the rear of his hard hat by a rock that fell off the conveyor. Employee came to the office and asked for asprin and told what happened. He said he was o.k. and returned to work. One and one half hours later he asked to go to the doctor for x-rays, etc.
