Boyd Sand & Gravel Ltd · Struck by falling object

After helping clear an obstruction in the feeder hopper, employee was struck in the head to the rear of his hard hat by a rock that fell off the conveyor. Employee came to the office and asked for asprin and told what happened. He said he was o.k. and returned to work. One and one half hours later he asked to go to the doctor for x-rays, etc.
