Employee was sitting in the seat in a twisted position with the seat belt fastened and looking over their shoulder as they were backing up. Employee attempted to turn back into neutral position at the same time they hit a pothole causing pain in the neck.
Employee climbing on large rocks to check inventory. Rock shifted and rolled causing loss of balance. Employee fell to ground and he tried to catch himself with his right arm while falling. The fall caused a fractured wrist and elbow laceration. Rock was size of small tote box.
