Mechanic/Operator was assigned to come in a half hour early with another guy to check fluids and start up mobile equipment. The injured worker had just started up a dozer and was climbing down when EE's right foot missed the bottom step, causing EE to fall rolling EE's ankle and bruising EE's hip.
Operator was moving rock and doing cleanup with a front end loader. Employee was sitting in the seat in a twisted position with the seat belt fastened and looking over their shoulder as they were backing up. Employee attempted to turn back into neutral position at the same time they hit a pothole causing pain in the neck.
Employee climbing on large rocks to check inventory. Rock shifted and rolled causing loss of balance. Employee fell to ground and he tried to catch himself with his right arm while falling. The fall caused a fractured wrist and elbow laceration. Rock was size of small tote box.
