Employee was hand turning a manual Winch, his finger was caught between the roller & side rail. Laceration on his Middle Finger on the Right Hand. He received 4 stitches and returned back to work the same day.

Moving back up anchor from east bank to west bank. Cable stuck in the dirt pile and EE flipped the cable over the dirt pile and lost his footing and fell to the bottom of the pile landing on his back and neck.
