An employee with the help of another employee was getting a piece of sheet metal off storage rack. One employee pulled on sheet metal and other employee got little finger pinched between sheet metal. EE received 5 stitches for cut.

Employee was installing a bracket in a loader to hold a CB. Using drill and screws to put bracket into place. Screw slipped and went to left hand.

Employee was cutting rubber belting with a razor knife and cut his leg.

Unplugging hopper with pry bar, pry bar slipped and hit employee in the mouth causing laceration on lower lip.

EE was changing the cutting edge on loader. Removing bolts- bolt spun it had a sharp edge and cut finger.
