EE was changing a tail pully bearing. EE was holding the shaft up with a bar while cleaning it for reassembly. When bar slipped off of the shaft and pinched left index finger between shaft and conv. frame.
employee was tightening an oil filter on a front end loader when EE slipped off the walk way/battery box and fell to the ground.
while servicing a 980 Cat wheel loader and adding air to the tire, the tire sidewall blew out, throwing the injured to the ground requiring stitches for injuries to tongue.
