Showing all 5Miner was replacing drill bit on production drill when a metal piece chipped off a hammer they were using. The miner was treated with first aid. Later miner decided to have the metal flake removed from their leg and underwent removal procedure on 08/04/2025.This is being reported as a removal of the object.
