Employee using cutters punctured themselves in the hand with the cutters leading to a laceration of their left index finger.

Struck by flying object

Miner was replacing drill bit on production drill when a metal piece chipped off a hammer they were using. The miner was treated with first aid. Later miner decided to have the metal flake removed from their leg and underwent removal procedure on 08/04/2025.This is being reported as a removal of the object.

Operator was scaling and checking on the install roof bolts. When EE was leaving the room a section of rock released resulting in hitting the machine.
