The loader is a Komatsu WA500. The EE claims the impact with the rock shook the loader hard causing EE a back injury.

EE estaba limpiando el tunel del vibrador 1, el cual contenia aceite y grasa, cuando el liquido fue cayendo aparentemente habia una fuente fuego lo cual provoco que prendiera el liquido.
