The loader is a Komatsu WA500. The EE claims the impact with the rock shook the loader hard causing EE a back injury.

Trans. by C.Seward:The employee was cleaning the tunnel of the vibrator 1, which contained oil and grease, when liquid was dripping it had caught fire causing burns to feet, hands, back of EE.
