Employee was drilling a hole in angel iron metal for door frame. Employee was not using the secondary handle during drilling. The drill spun around, twisting employee's right hand and striking EE on back of hand.

Showing all 3Employee was walking through the drive/walkway between lab building and sample building on the premises. EE stumbled and fell on left wrist due to uneven pavement while walking to collect a sample container.
EE was placing a bulk bag on the unloader. It would not go up high enough to get the discharge spout over the hole to be able to untie the bulk bag. EE had untied the bag and was pushing over in the hole. EE fingers were pushed against the edge of the opening. The edge went between 2 fingers on left hand.
