Employee was relocating old return rollers pulled muscle in right arm. worked up till 5/14/2026 went off work to have surgery on shoulder.

Based on our initial investigation, it appears a hydraulic hose ruptured on the dozer and sprayed on the turbo. The operator noticed flames coming out of the engine compartment and exited the dozer.
