Individual was working on log washer with a coworker. Tool EE was using slipped causing EE to lose EE's balance and fall.

Backus Sand & Gravel · Struck against a moving object

Traveling down roadway, no load in bucket. Bucket dropped and caught roadway. Loader came to an abrupt stop. Windshield damaged on loader. No other visible equipment damage. See medical report for operator injuries, not able to quantify at this time.
