On Friday, 22 May 2026, welder reported to work with a swollen right eye. EE was conducting welding repairs on site the day before and felt pain in EE's right eye the following morning. Human Resources approved medical attention, and a piece of metal was removed from EE's right eye at a local vision center on Friday afternoon.
