EE WAS ASSISTING IN ADD PIPE TO PIPELINE, WHEN A CLOD OF DIRT FELL FROM THE BUCKET OF THE EXCAVATOR, WHICH WAS BEING USED TO LOWER PIPE FROM THE BACK TO THE WATER. WHEN THE CLOD FELL, HITTING HISWRIST, FORCING HIS WRIST TO MAKE DIRECT CONTACT WITH A 2X4 CAUSING HIS WRIST TO BREAK.
