Showing all 7EE was in the shop cutting wire with a utility knife. EE had safety gloves on. EE's hand slipped & cut EE's hand through the glove.
Employee was trying to loosen the fitting on a steel pipe by striking a monkey-wrench with a hammer. A piece of steel broke off from the hammer, went thru the employee's work glove and into his left thumb.
While stepping up into platform of a manlift aerial, stepped on piece of cut off wood and twisted ankle
Employee tripped and fell against metal equipment, causing a broken rib, torn left knee ligament and injured left ankle.
While ascending steps to plant, employee tripped. Left hand jammed against a hand rail support and caused cut to left pinky finger at the base. 6 stitches administered at emergency room, then employee returned to work.
Employee was manually operating wet wash sand plant and caught his hand between a belt and a pulley resulting in his left middle fingertip being cut and requiring 5 stitches.
