EE was in the shop cutting wire with a utility knife. EE had safety gloves on. EE's hand slipped & cut EE's hand through the glove.

Employee was trying to loosen the fitting on a steel pipe by striking a monkey-wrench with a hammer. A piece of steel broke off from the hammer, went thru the employee's work glove and into his left thumb.
