INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING JAW CRUSHER OPERATOR IN CLEANING CRUSHER PLUG UP. UPON CLEANING PLUG UP, EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING OUT OF VIBRATING GRIZZLY FEEDER HOPPER WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON WE T HOPPER WALL CAUSING HIM TO FALL APPROX. THREE FEET ON A PIECE OF ANGLE IRON. FALL RESULTED IN BROKEN RIBS, BRUISED KIDNEY & SPLEEN.
