Employee was pulling hard on a wrench to tighten a screen panel on the screen desk and wrench slipped off, and his elbow hit the spring block.

Pulling screen panel up the screen, EE didn't get his finger out of the panel in time and it was jammed between the screen panel and a spray bar. His middle finger was cut and required medical attention. He returned to work the following day. 6 sutures.

WE WERE FILLING A CRUSHER OIL VAT WITH A 55 GALLON DRUM WHICH WAS HELD IN THE AIR BY A CRANE. THE DRUM OF OIL TIPPED FORWARD SLIGHTLY AND THE CHAINS TIGHTENED AROUND THE EE'S ARM AS HE REACHED TO STEADY THE DRUM.
