Pulling screen panel up the screen, EE didn't get his finger out of the panel in time and it was jammed between the screen panel and a spray bar. His middle finger was cut and required medical attention. He returned to work the following day. 6 sutures.
While pulling screen panels up the shaker, ee's finger got stuck in the panel and between a spray bar cutting his middle finger requiring medical attention.

WE WERE FILLING A CRUSHER OIL VAT WITH A 55 GALLON DRUM WHICH WAS HELD IN THE AIR BY A CRANE. THE DRUM OF OIL TIPPED FORWARD SLIGHTLY AND THE CHAINS TIGHTENED AROUND THE EE'S ARM AS HE REACHED TO STEADY THE DRUM.
