EE WAS WALKING BEHIND A 55 TON ROCK TRUCK. SOMEONE STARTED THE TRUCK UP. HE TRIED TO LEAVE AND SLIPPED AND FELL ON THE ICE. HIS ARM WAS EXTENDED AND THE TRUCK RAN OVER PART OF HIS RIGHT ARM .
