EE was welding inside the shop. Approx 25' away another employee was using a wire wheel. EE lifted his welding helmet and got hit by wire.

EE WAS WALKING BEHIND A 55 TON ROCK TRUCK. SOMEONE STARTED THE TRUCK UP. HE TRIED TO LEAVE AND SLIPPED AND FELL ON THE ICE. HIS ARM WAS EXTENDED AND THE TRUCK RAN OVER PART OF HIS RIGHT ARM .
