EE was using a pry bar when his feet slipped in the snow and he fell forward. He landed on the bar w/his face.
Took a huge step up on equipment being worked on and wrenched knee.

EE WAS WALKING BEHIND A 55 TON ROCK TRUCK. SOMEONE STARTED THE TRUCK UP. HE TRIED TO LEAVE AND SLIPPED AND FELL ON THE ICE. HIS ARM WAS EXTENDED AND THE TRUCK RAN OVER PART OF HIS RIGHT ARM .
