EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE A ROCK FROM A TAIL PULLEY. RATHER THAN WAIT FOR THE PROPER TOOLS TO REMOVE THE ROCK HE ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE THE ROCK WITH A HAMMER. WHEN THE ROCK DISLODGED, THE PULL EY TURNED, CATCHING THE EE'S ARM IN IT AND BREAKING IT.
