Miner suffered swelling and bruising when a stone rolled over crushing EE's left hand between teeth of a hydraulic splitting machine and the stone. Went to doctor, x-rays were negative. No lost time, worked light duty until full work release.

Showing all 3Miner was walking between work areas approx 25' distance when miner stepped wrong and twisted left ankle. Went to doctor on 7/2/20 and was diagnosed with a strain. Injury only caused pain when kneeling or squatting, neither is a motion required in this miner's job. Was given exercises for physical therapy. No lost time.
Miner was moving stones, by hand, from a loader bucket to place on a conveyor. A stone shifted and left index finger was smashed between two stones resulting in a broken finger bone.
