Employee was removing cable rope from wire rope and it slid, pinching right hand between metal pipe and cable rope, resulting in a sprained hand and put on 3 days light duty. The hand was x-rayed and was found not to be broken.

Stepped up into service truck and something popped behind knee. I told him he need to go get checked & he said if it started to hurt him worst that he would go in the morning. Called in on Tues 8/2/11 & said he would not be in to work today, because his knee was still hurting. I told him he need to call supt who told him to go to dr & report it on Work. Comp.
