Soreness in neck & right arm -accumulation over several months. Per miner - not sure how it happened or if job related.

Using impact wrench attached to air hose, removing nuts to repair crusher. Nozzle came loose from hose, miner raised arm in defensive move. Pressurized air lacerated arm. 4 stitches required. No lost time. restrictions include keeping wound clean and dry.
