Exiting loader and fell off steps.
Failure of hose on new grease gun caused pressurized grease to strike employee's right eye. He was not wearing eye protection. There were safety glasses available and use of eye protection was covered in safety training. He has vision at this time, but extent of damage is inconclusive for now.
Employee was removing steel from a hole to clean bit when the coupler & steel above whre he was standing worked loose and fell on him - hit his neck.
