WHILE CLEANING THE RETURN ROLLER ON CONVEYER, STUCK BAR UNDER BELT, CONVEYER WAS SHUT OFF BUT STILL ROLLING. BAR GOT STUCK UNDER BELT, PINCHED HIS HAND BETWEEN BAR AND CONVEYER BELT.
