The employee is an end dump driver. He got out of his end dump to pick up a rock that had fallen off his truck onto the haul road. When he picked it up he felt a pull or twist in his foot.

Pit truck driver went to get out of the truck and his back felt stiff. The next morning he called in because he could not get out of bed. He went to the dr. and was told he had a pinched nerve in his lower back and would be off work the rest of the week.
