AT APPROX 12:15 AM BETWEEN SHIFTS A FALL OCCURRED AT THE FACE OF THE 2 HILL RETREAT SECTION 771 002-0 THE PREVIOUS SHIFT HAD MINED THE FENDER LIFTS AND ALL THAT REMAINED AT THE END OF THE SH IFT WERE THE 2 FINAL STUMPS THEY BACKED THE MINER OUT APPROX 20 FT FROM THE PROPOSED BREAK LINE AND CAME OUTSIDE THE MIDNIGHT CREW FOUND THE MINER HEAD PARTIALLY COVERED FROM THE FALL
