EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A CUTTING MACHINE IN THE NUMBER 5 HEADING. AS HE BEGAN HIS SECOND CUT, THE ROOF STARTED COMING IN. HE WENT TOT HE FRONT OF THE CUTTING MACHINE WHERE HE WAS TRAPPED BY THE FALL. THE BOSS, HEARD THE FALL AND SUMMONED THE STATE AND FEDERAL AUTHORITIES.
