Showing all 5On the morning of the injury, the weather was freezing rain, then turned to snow. The temperature was approx. 14-15 degrees. EE exited the dozer. Once ee was on the ground, took two steps and stepped on a 5' patch of ice which was covered with snow. EE's feet went out from under self. EE fell directly on right shoulder.
Getting off dozer to check oil, he slipped, falling and hitting his head.
