Employee was laying on left side cutting/burning pins. Spark flew back and burnt employee on right ear.

Fall to the walkway or working surface

On the morning of the injury, the weather was freezing rain, then turned to snow. The temperature was approx. 14-15 degrees. EE exited the dozer. Once ee was on the ground, took two steps and stepped on a 5' patch of ice which was covered with snow. EE's feet went out from under self. EE fell directly on right shoulder.
