Due to inclement weather two trucks were parked behind Sigmon Coals Shop without Mgt. permission. This area was not intended nor designed for coal truck parking. During the night the trucks caught on fire & were destroyed.

EMPLOYEE WAS RETURNING TO THE WASHER FROM THE SLATE DUMP. THE SLATE TRUCK HE WAS DRIVING LEFT THE ROADWAY AND TRAVELED APPROX. 100' DOWN THE SLOPE. HE RECEIVED A SMALL CUT BEHIND HIS EAR AND BRUISES ON HIS BODY.
