Federal Mine inspector arrived on site, and as inspector was driving up haul road apparently was experiencing severe health issues, which was a result of inspectors passing of natural causes.

Equipment Operator was conducting his pre-shift inspection when he slipped on the push arm on the dozer he was going to operate and fell hitting his ribs on the push arm of the dozer. Weather conditions contributed to the accident.
The Cat 773E Rock Truck started having a problem with the right front strut. The mechanic was called and was conducting Trouble shooting procedures on the truck when the strut failed causing crushing injuries to the mechanic.
Burned on chest and arms from steam from a 4" water pump

BLASTER WAS BREAKING UP FROZEN STEMMING WITH A PICK. HE SLIPPED ON ICE AND TWISTED LEFT KNEE.
WHILE ADJUSTING BOLTS ON MAIN GENERATOR, 1 1/4" SOCKET CAME OFF AIR IMPACT WRENCH AND STRUCK EE IN THE FRONT RT. UPPER SIDES OF HIS MOUTH (BOLT BROKE). THIS CAUSED THE FRONT TOOTH TO BREAK ABOVE THE GUM LINES. THE DENTIST SAID THE TOOTH HAS TO BE EXTRACTED. THE DENTAL BRIDGE IS BROKENAND NEEDS FITTED. MOUTH IS ALSO BADLY BRUISED & INFECTED.
IT WAS SHIFT CHANGE, EMPLOYEE FUELED HIS MACHINEAND WAS ABOUT TO PUT ENGINE OIL IN THE DOZER. HEWAS WALKING FROM THE OIL TANK TO HIS DOZER WHEN HE SLIPPED ON A PATCH OF ICE AND FELL TO THE GROUND.
EE WAS CLIMBING INTO THE FRONT DRILL CAB AS OPERATOR WAS LOWERING THE LEVEL JACKS. EE WAS STEPPING ON THE FRONT TIRE INSTEAD OF THE STEP PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURE. AS THE WEIGHT WAS PUT ON T HE TRUCK SUSPENSION THE SPACE BETWEEN THE STEP AND THE TIRE GREW SMALLER FINALLY PINCHING HIS FOOT BETWEEN THE TIRE AND THE STEP.
