Struck by flying object

Mechanic was using come along to hold tension on a steel bar as they heated it with a torch , the weld broke on bar and it came back and hit them on the left leg.

Operator was assisting in changing screens at wash plant. Using a pry bar to pry the bar slipped pinching operator's finger against screen

Bent down to retrieve a piece of angle iron and hit right side of face on protruding piece of steel

Working from an elevated position using cutting torches when a spark came off striking the miner in right ear. The hot spark entered the ear and damaged the ear drum. No loss time took place. On 10/13/2014 the miner went back to the Doctor and received an antibiotic cream and surgery is now going to be required to fix the damage to the ear.

Piece of Metal came off of a pin and went into the Right eye of the Employee

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING BACKING FROM HP300 CONE BOWL- THE BACK SLID DOWN BETWEEN FRAME AND MANTLE STRIKING RIGHT HAND. 2 BROKEN FINGERS AND LACERATIONS.
