Showing all 5Employee was loading a part onto a truck. As the part was coming onto the trailer, he started to step onto the trailer. The lifting apparatus broke causing the part to strike the trailer causing him to be thrown to the ground.
I was walking up steps to the breaker when a piece of coal hit my left eye.
Was running dozer-ripping rock-ripper tooth came loose. Found it in shock and shook it loose with his foot, knelt down on right knee to pick it up and slipped carrying it to the dozer.
