EE was taking cutting edge off blade of dozer blade slid off behind EE and when it fell it struck another cutting edge on the ground & a chip flew out & struck EE in the back of left leg above knee puncture back of left leg above of knee

Was running dozer-ripping rock-ripper tooth came loose. Found it in shock and shook it loose with his foot, knelt down on right knee to pick it up and slipped carrying it to the dozer.
